Hi, I'm Daniel Lynn, your potential nutrition coach. You might be wondering why you should trust me, so let me tell you a little about myself. I hold a Nutrition and Healthy Living certificate Cornell University, and I'm an L1 CrossFit coach as well as an avid Ultra Runner. But my qualifications go beyond just certifications.

Early in life, I discovered I have a gluten allergy, which forced me into the kitchen where I developed a deep understanding of individual ingredients and their impact on our bodies. This personal journey ignited my passion for nutrition and the lifestyle around better eating. More than just a coach, I'm someone who's walked in your shoes and emerged healthier, happier, and more knowledgeable.

I'm not here to just give lectures but to guide, educate and help you establish a wholesome relationship with food. As you may know, Ohana means Family, and that’s what you are to me, family. My goal is for you to take control of your health through informed dietary choices.
